End of 2025 Summer Dates for the Revolution IT Helpdesk
Dear Revolution Friends and Family,
The festive season is fast approaching! Below is some information about our closure dates and how to contact us during the holidays.
Our helpdesk will be open over the holiday period with a reduced team in place (see specific dates below).
Over the holiday period, the best methods to get support remain:
Non-urgent Support
- Use the Revolution support portal or
- Send an email to helpdesk@rvn.co.nz
Urgent Support
- Call 09 973 4770
Our Availability over the Holiday Season is:
- 24 December – Open until 2pm
- 25, 26 December – Closed for public holidays
- 27, 28 December – Closed for the weekend
- 29, 30, 31 December – Open
- 1, 2 January – Closed for public holidays
- 3, 4 January – Closed for the weekend
- Open as normal from Monday 5 January
Although our helpdesk is not staffed on weekends, after-hours, and public holidays, you can still contact us at any time for emergency support via the usual methods above (after-hours support charges may apply).
