Service Desk Technician – Level 1

Skills & Experience
We are looking for an additional Service Desk Technician for our Auckland office who is a self-starter, keen to learn and possess the following characteristics
- Client-focused.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, is well organised and an effective problem solver.
- Have a strong work ethic and is team oriented.
- Ideally, have 1-2 years in a similar role.
- Experience in customer service on the phone. This will be the daily basis operation.
Applicants should possess the following technical skills:
- Experience with Microsoft server and workstation operating systems – e.g. Server 2019/2022, Windows 10/11.
- Experience in Microsoft Active Directory administration and networking.
- Experience with networking hardware and troubleshooting.
- Microsoft 365 administration.
- Familiar with RMM and PSA systems (N-Able/Autotask preferable).
- ITIL knowledge.
- Microsoft certifications are a bonus.
