Proactive Care is ideal for businesses that require managed I.T. support services but prefer to pay for technician support only when it is needed.

Total Care delivers just that – total care and support of your IT and infrastructure for one fixed fee. In addition to the services in Proactive Care, Total Care includes Microsoft 365 management, backup monitoring, virtual CIO services, and a guaranteed helpdesk response time. Technician support for included items is all-inclusive in the fixed monthly fee.
