What are Managed IT Services?

What about Co-managed IT – what happens to our IT team if we use Revolution?

Not at all. Managed IT services can benefit businesses of all sizes. We offer scalable solutions that can grow with your business. Our three core IT support plans are Proactive Care (entry-level: computer care and maintenance, IT monitoring and baseline cybersecurity, with pay-as-you-go technician support), Total Care (most popular: everything in Proactive Care plus Microsoft 365 management, backup monitoring, virtual CIO services and a guaranteed helpdesk response time for one fixed fee), and Total Care + Cyber (most comprehensive: Total Care plus 24/7 monitoring and mitigation of cyber threats across all IT infrastructure).
