What happens if I accidentally delete a crucial file?

We have two ways of addressing this as Microsoft does not strictly ‘back up’ your data.

Method 1 – With OneDrive’s version history, we can restore previous versions of files, AND

Method 2 – All our Microsoft 365 licenses are paired with a third-party backup service that replicates all your Microsoft 365 data (including files, photos, emails etc.) to our datacenter outside of Microsoft’s control.
